Phantasian Productions is a translation fan group that has worked on creating unofficial patches for unlocalized games in the Tales series. They are most attributed to their Tales of Phantasia patch for the PlayStation version of the game, which was released on December 31, 2012. Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave is an Action game, developed by Alfa System and published by Bandai Namco Games, which was released in Japan in 2012.
Description
Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave has a lot of content which can result in a lengthy 30 hours. There are a variety of options and routes to take for each duo. Each character can equip a wide variety of accessories and use a wider variety of abilities. The action never stops, but that is the game’s biggest problem. A game focused on action should have more oomph behind it when you clear a room inhabited by hundreds of soldiers. Instead of feeling like an epic struggle, it ends up being an exercise in tedium.

- Character and enemy names 50% translated.
- Network menu 40% translated.
- Story text, glossary descriptions and tutorial not translated.
Gameplay
The game plays similarly to the Dynasty Warriors video game series. The premise of the game is to control characters from past Tales video games, and use them to fight large waves of enemies. In addition to using past game’s protagonists, it is also possible to fight against past game’s antagonists, and even unlock some to be played as in game.
Equipping items gives characters different statistics. Some special items even change appearance, such as giving character models a super deformed look with especially big heads.

You will not know the answer if your not going to try it.. just make a back up file first..
So don't ask repetitive question.. okay?
Applying the patch:
Patch only works on a clean ISO/Hako's ISO.
The file size should be exactly 0.99 GB=1,066,596,352 bytes
Instruction on applying patch in 4 easy steps.
1. Run the ppf-o-matic3.exe
2. On the 1st path, find your ISO FILE.
3. On the 2nd path, find the PATCH FILE(TotWrm2_eng_patch_v0.3_kenma9123.ppf).
4. Click APPLY and DONE. Copy the ISO in your PSP ISO Folder.
OR
1. Open your ISO using UMDGEN v4
2. Go to 'APPLY PPF'
3. Find and apply the .ppf file and done.
4. Copy the ISO in your ms0:/ISO Folder
Notes:
An advance Sorry for some translations, cause some words are not complete due to STRING LIMITATION.
Any mess done in the size/string will make the game not to start. So be contented on the words. Anyways, words are still understandable.
Example: 'Just Like this' -->'JstLkeThs' <--yah (*sigh*)
